Scheduling Reports

Use the Schedule reports option to control when your reports are run and who should receive the report results.

 

 

Feature	Values	Description
Enable scheduling	Yes No	Turn scheduling on or off for the current report.
Recurrence	Daily Weekly Monthly Yearly	Select when the report should be run.
Next run	Date and Time	Select at what time the report should be run.
Format as	a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (xls) an OpenDocument Spreadsheet (ODS) a tab separated values text file (tsv) a comma separated values text file (csv) an unpaged XHTML document(xhtml)	Choose a file format for the report results.
Send recipients	nothing an email notification the report	Choose whether the results will be sent to recipients as a file attachment or as a notification link in an email.
Recipients	Recipient list (LMS Users)	Select which LMS users will receive the report.
