Set up anonymous peer reviews to evaluate the performance of employees.
- choose from templated surveys
- assign surveys to roles (e.g. senior manager or junior)
- select reviewers manually or have the system randomly assign employees in different roles
- reviewers receive notifications about their task automatically in their Training Plan.
