Conduct the performance review process entirely through the LMS.
- Managers and direct reports complete a survey about the employee's performance
- compare scores and after a face to face discussion negotiate and agree on final scores
- where scores falls below a threshold the system prompts an action to be entered
- attach timeframes to actions, and include follow up actions
- Final survey information is locked in a PDF. The employee is notified and prompted to acknowledge that it's final.
